   Debra Dunning (born July 11 in 1966) is an American actress, model and television host. She is also a spokesperson and comedienne. She is best known for the role of Heidi on Home Improvement (1993-1999). Dunning was Heidi Keppert the "Tool Time girl", on the ABC sitcom Home Improvement from season 3 until season 8, and she also guest-starred in the previous season. She appeared in Dangerous Curves (1988) and the American Gladiators Celebrity Challenge (1989) . Dunning married American volleyball player Steve Timmons from 1997 to in the year.
